No One Made Me Eat It. Sunday, January 21, 2018. I'm still here, still fat, but haven't gained back what I've taken off. But there is no excuse to still be 40 pounds overweight after 8 YEARS of wanting to be healthier. I'm still learning, so although I do see myself as I am (fat) I do not despair, and I am not quitting. I am learning. I am so much better equipped now. And I am still 50 or 60 pounds lower than my highest weight. Get into, and stay in Ketosis. Hydrate sensibly and take potassium and salt.
