We went to Sumo in Eau Claire Mall (200-136 Barclay Parade SW) because of a Groupon I bought some time ago. For some obscure reason, I thought this restaurant was spacious and modern inside. It’s easy to make, as all ingredients are boiled and then tossed together. 2 big potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes. 4-5 carrots, peeled and cut. 2 eggs, hard boiled.
