I might not heal as fast as i would like but i’ll take any improvement over steady decline :) i just came across some youtubes video a few days ago where a couple was interviewed and the woman saved her husband from Alzheimer! Can you believe it? They all seem to have something in common, the same type of diet. My goal is about 80% of the diet now and work on the other 20% over time.
