To say it was much needed would be an understatement. Give me mountains (the PA version will have to do), a creek, crisp weather, a campfire, hoodies and jeans, no cell service or television, good food, games and well, I almost feel like I'm back home. But, here is the recipe I use, with a few tips. Then I have this Victorio Food Strainer. 2 tables of oregano. 3 tablespoons of Basil. 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese. 1 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper. 2 teaspoons chili powder. 1 teaspoon garlic power. 2 - 12 oz cans of tomato paste. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Reichen's first day of preschool. Reichen started Preschool today! I was really worried how he would do, since he melts down in the nursery at church. But he did absolutely great! He didn't shed a tear. I cried for an hour, but now I'm over it. Oh, and he has the same teachers that Avery had in 2 year old preschool, and they are my absolute favorites. I wish they could follow the boys the whole way through school.
