DeLonghi 麵包機焗爐 EOB2071 好用嗎? 昨天在百貨公司看見一款DeLonghi的焗爐(麵包機普通焗爐), 爐底下有一個位置可放上跟隨焗爐一起的配件 - 旋轉圓盤(如不用時, 可拿起, 再放上一片蓋子遮蓋著), 可以做焗麵包的發酵和烤焗, 即可以作一般烤焗和麵包機之用, 可以預設時間做麵包, 最多預設12小時 (當然材料有限制), 可以選擇自動及自己設定, 例如 : 麵包的大小 (500g、750g、1Kg)、烤焗時間(麵包的顏色), 形狀等等, 1400W, 但很重, 有12.1公斤, 價錢亦不菲, 正價要HK$2,380, 但不知是否好用? 一直懷念佐敦(彌敦道)的雞蛋仔和格仔餅, 數數手指, 都不知多久沒有吃了, 終於趁著去The One看"逆權大狀", 順道去還一下口癮, 但是怎樣都嚐不到昔日的味道, 奇怪! 不過沒有了往日要先付款、取籌, 然後要排隊等取餅的"趁墟"情況了, 只是付錢, 然後即做即取, 很新鮮和熱騰騰的, 但跟以前的味道不一樣了! 再抬看一看, 原來舊招牌上已加上了另一新招牌, 很光亮, 不知是否已易手了? 天氣炎熱, 很想喝一碗冬蔭功湯, 想起也流口水!
