Wednesday, May 28, 2008. I have made these blondies countless times, but have never blogged them. This recipe was passed on to me by bakingblonde of Bakingblonde's Weblog. 8 tbsp butter, melted. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup all purpose flour. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until set in the middle. Cool on rack before cutting. 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped, toasted nuts. 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate/white chocolate chips. I used cooked frozen shrimp to save time and hassle. They did get a little tough, so next time I will use uncooked like the recipe says :) I also forgot the cayenne pepper, but it was still good! Saturday, June 28, 2008. I love pot lucks at work. It gives me a chance to bake something new and have people to share it with so I don't eat it all by myself. Everyone at work said they wanted cookies. And they requested the molasses cookies I made around the holidays. This time however, they were perfect. Soft and chewy, sweet but not too sweet. Friday, January 8, 2010. No chips.can't do that! I won't order the cheese dip though. Chicken soft tacos? What's the fun in that? So dieting and blogging about it is hard! Thursday, April 23, 2009. Ok so I have not blogged in a long time, only because now I am addicted to facebook! Its alot more fun than blogging but because this should be my journal I need to blog a bit more! Anyway after many requests to see our new house,(hence the picture)I decided to break down and put it on here. I didn't want to at first just because I don't like to draw a lot of attention to myself but people kept bugging me. I am very excited I can't even tell you how much! How sad is that?
