The clock change meant a couple of things in the coming week, no need for a head torch in the evening and Mow Cop Hill Race. This year I was able to plan my training schedule a little better and so avoid running 26 miles the day before Mow Cop. Not that everything went smoothly this year. At the start, a good turn out despite the poor weather forecast.
