Tuesday, June 10, 2014. MARILLENKUCHEN FÜR DEN SOMMER. Ich zeige Ihnen heute das Rezept für einen Marillenkuchen, der sich sehr leicht und schnell zubereiten lässt. Marillen je nach Größe und Geschmack (ich nahm 12 Stück). Es passt gut dazu eine geriebene Zitronenschale. 1 Die Eier mit dem Zucker und dem Vanillezucker schaumig schlagen. 2 Öl dazugeben und gut durchrühren. 3 Das mit dem Backpulver versiebte Mehl ebenfalls mit dem Schneebesen unterrühren. 4 Zuletzt die Milch dazurühren.
