College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Do I have to take the AFOQT? Yes, it is a requirement for all who wish to commission into the Air Force through AFROTC. What are the minimum requirements, and how many times can I take the AFOQT? A minimum of a 15th percentile is required on the Verbal portion of the test, and 10th on Quantitative. For a Pilot slot, you must have a minimum of 25th on Pilot and 10th on Navigator. For a Navigator slot, you must have a minimum of 25th on Navigator and 10th on Pilot.

Be a United States Citizen by birth or naturalization prior to enlistment (either before accepting a scholarship or prior to the end of your third year in the program). Meet moral and medical eligibility standards. Maintain a cumulative GPA of at least a 2.50 in all coursework. Pass the Air Force Fitness Assessment (FA). Attend the courses listed below.
