I'm down close to 8 pounds and feeling better about things :) Yay! Right now, i'm just restricting calories and moving more. I've been using www.myfitnesspal.com. I didn't even feel like I had the energy to "start over" for the millionth time. But, I've mustered up the courage, taken a deep breath, and jumped back into it.
