New York City. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to pick for my theme. After much searching through my many albums, I cam across my last trip to visit the Peruvian Consolate in the city and decided to take the different city scenes and mesh them all together while trying to take elements from the various photos to make it seem like it is all just one photo. I used a few things I learned from doing the grid. I basically changed the straight lines to curves to look like a puzzle. I thought this would have a really fun look which I like. Portrait using cousin (Gaby) as subject. Various facial shots but not as interesting to work with for what I am imagining but many shots taken with props i.e. umbrella. Using the photos featuring the umbrella and make the umbrella look like it is rotating around her while her body stays stationary and make the umbrella look in motion and flowing while the rest is still.
