A dreamer's world of randomness. Saturday, February 28, 2009. Pocket Digital Clock is One Year Old. PDC), which is a Windows Mobile Today screen plug-in I wrote for displaying date and time on the Pocket PC in a stylish manner, just turned one year old today. Yay! As at 28 February 2009, the total number of visitors has already exceeded 106,000. (The site counter - ClustrMaps. Was only registered on 15 April last year.) Wow! And the world is populated quite nicely, isn't it? Links to this post. Where I h...

A dreamer's world of randomness. Thursday, March 27, 2014. I was spring cleaning my computer and incidentally found these images drawn in early 2012. They are supposed to be dannychoo.com. Character sheets used for a personal 3D project. Which I shelved due to a lack of motivation. Before I go and delete the related files to recover much needed space, I might as well share them here. Could be of some use to the nendoroid fans. The last decent 3D test rendering before I shelved the project.

A dreamer's world of randomness. Saturday, January 31, 2009. Ever since Microsoft launched their new product - Photosynth. I've been tormenting my old Pentium 4 laptop to cough out (render) more 3D images of Figma Mirai. At various viewing angles. 8 Photos - 100% Synthy). Initially, I tried to synth Figma Mirai with existing images I did previously. I was quite surprised to get 100% synthy, meaning all the images matched, but something's just not right. 24 Photos - 21% Synthy). 72 Photos - 56% Synthy).

A dreamer's world of randomness. Sunday, February 21, 2010. Kimi ni Todoke ED Piano Arrange (Kataomoi). Wrote this piano arrangement of Kimi ni Todoke anime ending theme during the Chinese New Year holidays but only had time to upload the sheet music and post this blog today. The original song is sung by Chara, titled Kataomoi which translates to unrequited love. Decided to compose the ending theme shortly after I transcribed the insert song of Kimi ni Todoke. Download Kataomoi piano sheet music here.

A dreamer's world of randomness. Thursday, March 12, 2009. Figma Mirai in the Making. Just read this news on dannychoo.com. Can't wait to see the finished product. These Figma body parts seem to be printed from the 3D model. I sent to Danny a few weeks ago. I hope Good Smile Company will do some modification to Figma Mirai's hair, torso and skirt, which I felt could have been done better. Man wished I could visit Good Smile Company's factory and witness the actual production of this Figma in person.

A dreamer's world of randomness. Tuesday, January 26, 2010. Kimi ni Todoke OP Piano Insert Song. Been busy during the past months due to a surge of events affecting my personal life. Therefore, I didn't manage to do anything creative to blog lately. But after watching the recent episodes of Kimi ni Todoke. The initial transcribing was done in Guitar Pro. But eventually, I have to fallback to Finale Songwriter for publishing of my transcription in a more readable and presentable format. Download sheet mus...

A dreamer's world of randomness. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Panorama View from Home Workstation. Sound is muted by default. Toggle the mute button and face the monitor to hear directional background music from the computer. I don't remember what the video playing on the monitor screen is about. I just randomly grabbed it from my collection of vids and inserted it into the panorama flash. ; ;. Check out the floor plan. Anyway, let's get back to the topic on photography. I am currently shooting with a So...

A dreamer's world of randomness. Saturday, September 11, 2010. I was checking out some Rainlendar. Skins and came across this very simple-looking analog clock. Which I think looks way better than the default Windows 7. Clock gadget. Don't you think the minute and hour hands are much easier to tell apart? Unfortunately, the above Rainlendar skin seems a little unfinished(? There is a noticeable white patch in the middle of the face on the right clock. I decided to mess around with the Windows 7. Dannychoo...

A dreamer's world of randomness. Tuesday, August 4, 2009. Mirai Figma (TFS Version). The real Mirai Figma. Looks like Mirai-chan's optical eyes are painted just in time for Tokyo Figure Show 2009. This is not the final product so I assume there will be more touch ups when she is ready for mass production. Nonetheless, Mirai-chan is looking gorgeous! While I was modeling 3D Mirai. Hmmm is it me or do Mirai-chan's lower arms look a bit too ermm. plump? Probably can't be helped due to the elbow joints.

A dreamer's world of randomness. Wednesday, May 27, 2009. スエナガ・シスタース≪シスコン編≫. Original resolution (2480x3507) in PNG HERE. At first, I did thought of doing this webcomic. In Japanese but due to my limited knowledge of the language and after considering my target audience, I dropped the idea and did it in full English. Thanks to meronpan. Who helped with the translation of the dialogs, I now have a Japanese version. Now I wonder if any Japanese will ever get to see this. wwwww. Links to this post. If you'd...
