Never Not Running: Footstrike, cadence, and new shoes

Running every day since December 18, 2007. Saturday, March 10, 2012. Footstrike, cadence, and new shoes. Now, while some wear is obvious in the midfoot, you can see that I have done something notably different with my foot strike because the heels are shredded! I found it easy to switch to a midfoot strike, and looking through my shoe history, I wonder if I was not a natural midfoot striker when I started and then got sloppy over the years. And settled on trying a pair of the Saucony Kinvaras.

I just came out from the "cave" and "shell" and saw it's already 2.0.0.9! I'm so lost of touch with my running activities. Sorry people, you must have missed me a lot!
